Commonwood has very simple but effective rules these combined with our commitment to our privacy policies help protect both the fishery and most importantly the fishery visitors and members.

PLEASE NOTE FISHING TIMES ARE 8AM - 7PM. PLEASE START PACKING UP AT 6.30PM TO BE OFF SITE FOR 7PM.

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR OTHER SUBSTANCES WILL BE TOLERATED AT ANY TIME.

ALL LITTER TO BE TAKEN AWAY FROM SITE OR PUT IN THE APPROPRIATE BINS, NO MIXED RUBBISH

RODS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED

ANGLERS ARE TO KEEP TO THEIR OWN SWIMS

NO TIGER NUTS

NO LEAD CORE OR ANY OTHER LEADERS – TUBING ONLY

NO NAKED LINE RIGS – TUBING MUST BE USED

NOISE TO BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM

NO DOGS UNLESS WITH PERMISSION PRIOR TO FISHING,

IN THE CASE OF BEING ALLOWED, DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD, NOT ALLOWED TO WANDER FROM PEG,

NO BARKING, DOG MESS TO BE TAKEN OFF SITE.

NO NON FISHING PARTNERS/GUESTS TO BE ON THE FISHERY OVERNIGHT WITHOUT PERMISSION PRIOR TO FISHING,

THERE WILL ALSO BE A CHARGE FOR THOSE WITH PERMISSION.

NON FISHING GUESTS MUST HAVE PERMISSION BEFORE GOING TO THE LAKE.

NO UNDER 16'S ALLOWED TO NIGHT FISH . NO UNDER 18'S ALLOWED ON LLEWELYN OR SNOWDON.

Camping Rules
No E bikes allowed. Push bikes allowed but must not be ridden around the lakes or other pitches, speed will be monitored.
No naked flames in or near the tents.
No smoking in the tents.
No BBQs to be put on the grass or concrete in any areas, they must be off the ground.
When leaving please close all zips on the safari tents.
No dogs to go on the beds.
Please dry dog off before entering the safari tent.
Please notify us at the cabin when leaving.
Please take rubbish home with you or in our recycling bins provided, it must not be left by the pitch. if using our bins, rubbish must be put in the correct recycling bins and not mixed, there will be a fine for those not complying to the recycling laws. There is a skip provided for rubbish in the middle car park behind the hedge.
Please be respectful to other campers and keep noise down after 10.00pm. Any complaints may result in you being asked to leave the site.
Guests must bring own bedding and pillows only pod cabins have bedding.
Please do not PARK or DRIVE on grass, there are parking spaces.
No fishing on any of the lakes after 7pm. No going around the site after 8pm.
Dogs MUST be kept on a lead and around your own pitch. Please do not let your dogs bark excessively.
No gazebo's, tents or pup tents are allowed on any hard standing pitch. You will be asked to remove these.
No electric heaters are to be used inside the awning. A charge will be applied of £50 per night if found doing so. No electric car charging, a charge of £100 will be applied if found doing so. They will also trip the electricity supply.
Please keep the area around your pitch tidy.
No screaming or shouting when in the lake.
No using the lake after 8pm or before 9am
Please have your children be respectful to other campers. Do not let children go into the toilets alone or to mess about in the toilets, a cleaning charge will be applied if found doing so.
Any visitors MUST sign in, there is a charge for visitors. Only guests on your booking are allowed past the barrier.
Visitors must not use the family lake unless they have bought a ticket for it.
Anyone not following the rules may be asked to leave site without a refund.​​​
